Who this is

MHRC, the Metro Heights Residents’ Club, is a volunteer group of residents. It is not the HOA, not HOA management and not the developer, and it takes on no HOA duties or liability.

It runs MH Wiki Bot, an assistant on Turrit that helps neighbors find what the governing documents actually say, report and track community issues, and keep a record of what has happened in the community. The assistant quotes the governing documents. It does not interpret them.

The tools

Everything neighbors keep, in one place.

Five pages, one sign-in. Each one is the record of something the community would otherwise lose track of.

The record of each meeting, as it lands.

Dates and summaries, kept where neighbors can find them later.
